General

Please be aware we operate under the following terms and conditions: -

1. You must be over 18 to enter the club.
2. You may not smoke anywhere in the building (except on the smoking area)
3. Dress codes and demeanour apply at all times at the club
4. We reserve right to refuse entry at all times, change offers and update our terms and conditions.
5. All customers are required to provide a valid form of ID at the point of entry (driving licence, passport or Pass ID card).
6. All customers will be searched at the point of entry to ensure the safety of all customers and staff.

Drug Policy

NB’s Nightclub operates a zero tolerance towards drug abuse.

NB’s security reserve the right to operate a search policy on all guests, and we ask that patrons kindly cooperate with such a request, failure to do so may result in refusal of admission.

Any person found with drugs on their person, using or dealing drugs will be detained and the police will be called. They will also be banned from the venue

Undercover security operate in this venue in addition to CCTV. This policy is for the safety of all patrons and staff.

NB’s security reserve the right to eject customers acting in an irresponsible manner in order to protect its licence, other members of the public and staff.

Binge Drinking

NB’s Nightclub operates a zero tolerance towards binge drinking.

NB’s security reserve the right to ask you to leave if you are acting in an irresponsible manner in order to protect its license, and other members of the public and staff who are enjoying themselves responsibly.

Any person found binge drinking will be asked to leave the premises.

Binge drinking is harmful and you should consider your state of health before you plan a night out.

Undercover Security operate in this venue in addition to CCTV this policy is for the safety of all patrons and staff.

Even though our nightclub is an enjoyable place to be, we ask you to consider your actions on others on your night out!

Weapons

Please be aware that as a condition of entry everyone will be searched on your way into the premises or even once inside of the premises. You are entitled to refuse the search if you so wish, however as a condition of entry a search will be required.

Should you be found to have any weapons on your person, you will be held and detained for the police. You will also be banned from the venue.

Violence

Violent or rowdy customers will be refused entry to the venue.

Persons performing a violent or rowdy act will be asked to leave the premises and may be reported to the local police.

Dress code

Our dress code is simple; Smart, Casual and trendy wear. This policy operates at all times.

Clothing not allowed (includes the following, but may not be limited to): Sportswear, men’s boots, vests and baseball caps. Exceptions can be made for fancy dress.
